For those orders that were made customized, according to customer request, we apologize to neither provide exchange or refund as this was absolutely their fault and is of NO any use for us.
- Sometimes customer just buys more than one jacket, if they don’t like one jacket so they could keep another and return the other. This is absolutely a wrong intention and so, we cannot provide return/exchange in that case. Just buy those items in which you are interested to keep good relationship.

- Order cancellation depends on the following scenarios:
