USLeatherJacket.com has kept some customer-friendly shipping policies to keep safe and rapid shipments:

  1. We will need 10-14 business days to produce and ship out the order to you after obtaining your payment.
  2. Your order confirmation, availability of product and tracking reference will be provided via email.
  3. USLeatherJacket.com uses courier services with 100% assurance of your product delivery such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS so you get order on the right time!
  4. Do Not provide PO Box/APO/FPO addresses; courier companies do not deliver to these addresses. So, always give us your physical street address.

We cannot give exact date as it all depends upon leather hides availability and time could vary. We also ship products from our international locations to save shipping and manufacturing cost.

USLeatherJacket.com only starts working after the customer confirms the order. Please keep this in mind that there could be a slight difference in the original celebrity jacket and our jacket as we sell the high-quality replica jackets. Therefore, we cannot provide Refund or Exchange if consumer provides us with wrong size/ color. So please make sure that you give us accurate measurements before you make your online order.   1.   What can I do if the jacket doesn’t suits me accurately as I wished?

USLeatherJacket.com are here to assist you! Send us your jacket back to us within 30 days in reusable and good condition and we will ship out an exchanged outfit to you. For those orders that were made customized, according to customer request, we apologize to neither provide exchange or refund as this was absolutely their fault and is of NO any use for us.

  1. Sometimes customer just buys more than one jacket, if they don’t like one jacket so they could keep another and return the other. This is absolutely a wrong intention and so, we cannot provide return/exchange in that case. Just buy those items in which you are interested to keep good relationship.
  2.  Confirm us your order within 24 hours, in case you decide to make any changes or alteration in size. After that, we cannot make changes since it goes for production.
  3. Order cancellation depends on the following scenarios:
  • a.   If order is cancelled within 3 days of payment, 25% will be deducted from customer’s full amount.
  • b.   If order is cancelled within 7 days of payment, 45% will be deducted from customer’s full amount.
  • c.  After 7 days passes by, we cannot accept any request for cancellation
  • 5.    Our quality assurance department verifies each order before mailing out to consumers anywhere in the world. If for any reason the quality is nor correct, we will send another jacket on our own expense.
  1.    We offer refund if the jacket is sent back to us within 30 days. After this time, we cannot offer refund/exchange. If it is our fault with evidence, we will surely offer 100% full refund to our customers.
